Monolithic elevation to the two attached residences, create landmark for the area. The fundermax cladding of the elevation creates a contrast with the surrounding buildings while its blue colour opens a direct dialogue with the different shades of the sky. The warmer colour and material palette for the lower part of the elevations, balance in spectacular way the coldness of the blue surface.The olive tree, a symbol of longevity and prosperity, stands as a natural sculpture by the entrance of each house. The linear development of the proposed layout allows an easily and comfortable use each square meter of the space. The monolithic surface of the cement floor alters the small scale of the house, by creating a visual game with the perspective of the space. The modern lighting design in combination with the vertical concrete partition wall highlights the linearity of the building. The large openings, which dramatically reveal behind the curtains, create a sense of familiarity and cosiness. The furniture completes the simplicity and the final textures and colours of the space.

Open plan layout and game between dark and light surfaces, faithfully serves the concept of a minimalist house. 

The simplicity of the interior lets the design focus on unique pieces of furniture and artwork.

This project aims to incorporate the contemporary lifestyle of the owners in an abstract concept. 

Design focuses on minimal applications, in order to create a neutral canvas

and drive attention on the furniture and other individual applications.
