In this case, design focus on materiality and technology upgrade of a new built flat 

in order to meet the needs of the contemporary living of the owner. 

Elegant applications and structures shaping a luxury 2 bedroom flat.

The cantilevered kitchen island serves as dining 

while it gives the impression for swinging tin space

Rooftop becomes a gathering place with an outdoor bar and fireplace.

Curved shaped structure delimits the space while hosting a curved TV.

Master bedroom as designed with no divisions offering visibility between spaces

 with the burner creates an atmosphere of calmness and relaxation.

Penthouse design which share the philosophy of equal use of internal and external space. Interior and exterior space share the same design qualities creating a power full connection between them. Design employs a contemporary concept with minimal material palette and textures. The neutral canvas created by the monolithic installations is highlighted with ethnic touches and retro pieces.
