The Holiday House

Located in Lofou Village in Limassol District the Holiday House sits elevated on the top of a hilled street

 and enjoys uninterrupted views along the village and landscape. 

After a long period of neglect, the house and its courtyard were restored and now form a small modern holiday home.

The house has been carefully restored with the use of local, natural, original and salvaged materials and traditional skills.

The interior has been sensitively upgraded for contemporary living, whilst retaining historic architectural features and character throughout.

Internally the space is dived into two main parts kitchen/utility area and living area.

In living area, the change of levels provides privacy for more intimate spaces,with main bedroom on a mezzanine and the secondary bedroom at a lower level. 

Surrounded by stone wall and the main gate the stone paved Mediterranean style courtyard hosts an open-air dining area that looks out across the countryside.
